I got a letter in the mail from liberty sweepstakes is the letter legal yes or no . how can i foundout if it l
scam period - no you did not win , scam , you did not enter,scam , what part of scam do you not understand and no it is not legal except they do have the right to send lettersd out and see who they can sucker in to the SCAM.
