All contest and sweepstakes require no purchase to enter... How can Coke with the Coke Rewards program require
They have an alternate method of entry that doesn't require the purchase of one of their products.
Reply:no purchase doesn't mean you don't have to actually agree to participate by filling out the entry.
Reply:I would guess you don't have to purchase anything to enter (maybe you can just enter from the web site or mail an entry), or else legally it is not a sweepstakes but instead a contest of skill. There are important distinctions.
