Ok so alot of us have recieved these fraudulent checks saying to cash them so we can receive our winnings which is a complete scam , but who and where do you report this to?

I think it depends on where they came from...I think if it's the Nigerian scammers that the FBI is actually keeping close tabs on it believe it or not.
