Has anyone here won money from a sweepstakes or contest?

I'm thinking about entering a bunch of contests to help pay for college, I'm not sure how well this will work though.

Reply:Yes - I have won lots - but mostly trips and electronics - it is very hard to win cash sweepstakes. But, you can certainly sell any prizes that are non-cash (except for trips which are usually non-transferable. I would suggest getting a job and entering sweepstakes as you have time. I use BigSweeps.com, which is a sweepstakes listing site. There's many others like it, just search "sweepstakes listings" in your search engine.
