you had to be 21 years old but my friend is only 16.... her mom put her daughters email too because her mom didnt want her to have emails rumaging through her inbox.. say her mother were to win, would she get in trouble or will she be able to win it because she was the one that entered?would she have legal trouble?

She would be disqualified. There would be no legal problems. They would just give the prize to the next person.
Reply:She can't win. The person who won is underage and the money would go back to the sweepstakes to do whatever the rules say.
